Rust Constructors was chosen to build a state-of-the-art newsprint mill designed to handle 224,000 tons per year of thermomechanical pulp. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule.

Our project was named "Success Story of the Year" by the Construction Industry Institute (CII) when it was completed in 1989. CII cited the project as the "best-ever implementation of constructability."
