Rust Constructors expanded this 3,000-ton-per-day waste-to-energy facility, which provides clean, environmentally sound disposal of municipal solid waste from Pinellas County, Florida.

The project included Riley boiler/Martin grate (234,000 lb/hr of steam at 600 psig/750°F) and a 25-megawatt GE turbine generator.
