Rust is rebuilding a fire-damaged power station for PREPA in Palo Seco, Puerto Rico. Work includes assessment, demolition, repair, refurbishment, structural rehabilitation, new equipment, and wiring, as well as any other work which would normally be included in an engineer, procure, construct contract scope work, and which is reasonably necessary to reconstruct and restore its electric generating capacity.
