Rust provided construction for this grassroots facility, plus subsequent expansions and debottlenecking of the plant. Rust also handled procurement efforts for the project, which incorporated Japanese technology and required coordination with Asian suppliers. The current facility features a 108,000-square-foot-precast-concrete processing building.
