Rust Constructors provided construction management for a 120-million-pound-per-year polypropylene unit using a gas-phase, fluid-bed process. The plant included two 24-foot-diameter by 140-foot-tall homo-random-block copolymer reactors. Other major process equipment included feedgas preparation, recycle gas purification, a resin degassing vessel, and extrusion/pelletizing equipment.
