Rust Constructors, a URS wholly-owned subsidiary, provided direct hire construction services for the Willow Creek Gas Processing Facility in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. This 450 mmscfd cryogenic facility is designed to process gas from new development areas in the Piceance Basin and maximize natural gas liquids extraction moving on the Parachute Lateral.
