For over 20 years, Rust Constructors provided maintenance services and small capital construction at this PET (polyethylene terephthalate) polymer plant located just outside Columbia, South Carolina. The plant is the largest U.S. facility producing plastics for use in the beverage and food packaging industry.

The Rust workforce at this facility averaged approximately 250 employees, with outages peaking at nearly 900 employees.
