Rust Constructors was called on to modernize and expand an existing 68,600-square-foot silicon wafer chip manufacturing facility. The project included the addition of 18,200 square feet to the facility as well as the realignment of production flow, modernization of clean rooms, laboratories, offices, conference rooms, training rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.
