Professional Rotational Experience Program (PREP)
The Professional Rotational Experience Program (PREP) provides a unique way for recent college graduates to learn about our division and our industry.
Participants in PREP are mentored through three to four challenging assignments over a two-year period before landing a regular assignment. Special attention is given to providing exposure across a wide variety of functions, markets, and locations. The diverse on-the-job mentoring experiences help discover, develop, and leverage skills, as well as identify professional interests.
Through PREP, relationships are formed and contacts are made that can last an entire career.
Leadership & Skills Development Programs
Our leadership development programs go far beyond the basics and include simulated exercises designed to test leadership, project-management, and decision-making skills, as well as action-learning approaches designed to tackle current strategic and bottom-line issues.
